You’ve been holding it together for so long, no one would ever guess how much you’re carrying.
You’ve survived betrayal, heartache, loss—and somewhere along the way, you learned to shut parts of yourself down just to make it through.

You might feel anxious, disconnected, numb… like you’ve lost touch with who you really are underneath it all.
You’re tired of surviving. You want to feel whole.

I’m Haleigh Left Hand-Hack, a trauma therapist and Indigenous healer. I specialize in helping people come home to themselves after trauma—especially betrayal, grief, and the kind of pain that lingers in the body long after the crisis has passed.

In our work together, we’ll use EMDR, Ego States/Parts Work, breathwork, and Indigenous-informed practices to gently explore what’s been locked away. I also support couples navigating conflict and rupture, using Gottman Method tools to rebuild trust and connection. You don’t have to explain everything—I’ll help you listen to the wisdom your body and relationships already hold.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Washington University in St. Louis and am trained in EMDR, CBT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and body-based healing methods. I approach therapy with curiosity, cultural humility, and deep reverence for your story.

Whether you’re grieving a deep loss, healing from relationship trauma, or navigating spiritual disconnection, I’ll walk beside you as we do the work—at your pace, in your language, and with respect for every part of you.

“Healing isn’t just about surviving—it’s about reclaiming your strength and rewriting your story.”
