You don’t have to carry it all on your own.
The grief. The tightness in your chest. The feeling that your spirit is tired.
Your body has been whispering. It’s time to listen.
You deserve a place to breathe. To reconnect. To remember that healing is sacred—and it belongs to you.
I’m Nizhoni Morning Star Tsosie, a Diné and Oglala Lakota energy healer and breathwork guide. I offer 1:1 sessions and group experiences that center nervous system healing, ancestral wisdom, and spiritual restoration. Through sacred energy work and breath-based practices, I support clients in releasing what no longer serves them and calling back their wholeness.
I have a special affinity for working with young people—especially those navigating anxiety, identity, and disconnection from their cultural or spiritual roots. I create safe, grounding spaces where youth can show up as they are, reconnect with their own wisdom, and learn to use their breath as a powerful tool for regulation and healing.
At NATIVation Counseling, I also serve as the Community Engagement Coordinator, helping lead Indigenous-centered events, wellness gatherings, and healing spaces rooted in relationship, culture, and care.
I’m the mentor of traditional breath work, a practice dedicated to reclaiming the power of breath as medicine—blending traditional teachings, intuitive guidance, and somatic practices to help people return to their center.
If you’re feeling disconnected, depleted, or simply ready to come home to yourself—you’re in the right place.
“Our breath carries the stories of our ancestors—and with every breath, we get to write a new one.”
