Online therapy in Arizona
You’ve been strong for everyone else—holding it together through change, responsibility, and the weight of expectations.
Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, transition, or relationships that feel harder than they should.
Maybe you’re helping a child manage big emotions or learning how to find your own voice again.
Whatever it is, you don’t have to do it alone.
I’m Noel Altaha (pronounced Noelle or No-well), a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and proud member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe. I provide online therapy across Arizona for children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, attachment, transition, and self-expression.
My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, grounded in open-mindset theory and a strength-based perspective. In our work together, I’ll help you recognize the parts of you that are already strong, and use those to support your healing and growth. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness to meet your unique needs.
Healing with me is a collaborative process—gentle, curious, and rooted in respect for your full story. You deserve to feel seen, capable, and confident in who you are becoming.
“Healing starts with being seen, heard, and valued for who you are—and learning to see yourself that way, too.”
