You’ve spent your whole life being the strong one — the leader, the provider, the person everyone leaned on. You built the career. You raised the family. From the outside, you’ve done everything right. So why does this season feel so uncertain?
Maybe the work that once defined you is shifting, and you’re wondering what’s next. Maybe the house has gone quiet now that the kids are grown. Maybe you’ve simply arrived at a place where the old roles don’t fit anymore, and a quiet question keeps rising: who am I now — and what is this next chapter for?
I’m Willeen Whipple Johnson, and I’ve stood exactly where you’re standing. I spent my career in leadership and earned my MBA before following a deeper calling into this work — because I’ve lived the truth that the next season of life can be the richest one yet. I didn’t come to this room from a textbook. I came to it from a life.
Sitting with me feels like sitting with a wise, curious friend who has all the time in the world for you. I’m grounded, warm, and genuinely fascinated by people — a lifelong traveler and learner who will meet your story with real presence, never a clock and never a script. Clients feel it immediately: here is someone who has lived enough to understand, and who is fully, unhurriedly here.
I’m at my best with accomplished professionals worn down by career stress, empty nesters rediscovering themselves, and anyone stepping through a major life transition who longs for the steady presence of an Indigenous elder beside them. My work is trauma-informed and rooted in the medicine wheel we practice at NATIVation. I draw on EMDR to help you release what the years have quietly stored, and the Gottman Method to strengthen the relationships that matter most — so you don’t just get through this chapter, you grow into it.
I’m Sicangu Lakota/Blackfeet, and I carry my culture, my curiosity, and a lifetime of hard-earned wisdom into every conversation. If you’re ready to meet what’s next not as an ending but as a beginning, I would be honored to walk it with you.
